The challenge

Factory frontline managers play a pivotal role in motivating their teams and delivering actions and efficiency at operational level. Their job is extensive and need to maximise production capability, ensure consistent performance and streamline training processes. It was important to upskill the frontline managers so they can tackle these challenges and effectively transform objectives into tangible actions within the factories.
