RoslinCT is a leading cell and gene therapy contract development and manufacturing organisation, providing services for companies developing cell-based therapeutic products and operates fully licensed GMP manufacturing facilities.
The challenge
Due to rapid expansion, many of RoslinCT’s employees were promoted into leadership roles without formal management training and therefore didn’t have the key skills or confidence to manage teams effectively. It also needed to support new leaders by nurturing a culture to help embrace change as the company grows.
The solution
Tack TMI crafted a bespoke leadership framework to align with RoslinCT’s ambitious growth trajectory while fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation. The learning programme took a holistic approach to the individual’s learning with a focus on the application of new skills and learning into their daily routine. Methods included psychometric testing, workshops and open discussions as well as one to one coaching.
